maintain our PRS inventory in "factory fresh" condition.
At the Guitar Heaven store, all of our PRS instruments are displayed
behind the counter, or in locked showcases.
Have you ever been to music stores where they keep the guitar strings
behind the counter, and the high-end guitars out on the floor? This
never made sense to us. We keep all of our premium guitars out of reach;
and they are shown to serious buyers only. That way, all of our PRS
inventory is maintained in Mint condition.
And yes, you can come into our store and browse through our huge
selection of guitar strings, out in the open.

Hardshell Case.
We take great care of our PRS guitars, but we don't stop there.
As soon as we receive a guitar from PRS, we label the box, and the Case
is then stored in the box. That way, you receive the actual case the
guitar was shipped in, from the factory; and all the original paperwork.
Plus, by storing in the box, the case is maintained in original
condition.
 What
you see is what you get!
The photos we show on our web site are of the actual guitar that is for
sale. When you order from Guitar Heaven, you will always receive the
actual guitar that is pictured.

Ultra-safe
shipping
For your peace of mind (and ours), we Double-Box all PRS guitar
shipments. This costs us more, but we have found that double-boxing
insures that your guitar and case will arrive at your door safely, with
no blemishes or damage.

We offer Free Freight on all orders over $100.00; including PRS guitar
shipments!
And, if you want your guitar super-quick, we offer Overnight and Second
Day shipments
for additional fees.
48-Hour
approval Period.
We offer a Two Day approval period on all PRS mail-orders. Should your
PRS guitar not be everything that you expected, you can return it for a
Refund.
