What is
the difference between
Seymour Duncan
ZEBRA
and REVERSE
ZEBRA?

|
 |
Here's the deal...
Zebra has a
Creme coil with
adjustable pole pieces.
(the Bridge pickup in
the picture at left)
Reverse Zebra
has a Black coil
adjustable pole pieces.
(the Neck pickup in the picture at left)
Special
Note: many players want Creme bobbins
and Adjustable Pole Pieces
on the "outside" coils of each pickup. This
is accomplished by using standard Zebra in each position; and rotating
the Neck pickup 180 degrees (installing
the neck pickup upside-down). |

Duncan Zebra / Reverse Zebra
pickup diagram. When viewing the Seymour Duncan diagram,
please note the position of the pickups wires ... the
Seymour Duncan diagram shows the neck pickups
rotated 180 degrees, or installed "upside down"
in relation to the bridge-position pickup. |
